Shambaugh Towing LLC is very fair and honest. I am normally skeptical of mechanics but they have proved to be above board across the line and I would recommend them not only as a towing company but also a garage! They really stand behind their work!

What an honest & great company to deal with! I hope I never need them again but I wouldn't hesitate to call them!

Called AAA, they sent out Shambaugh Towing. Despite being 5 miles from nowhere, the driving got there quickly. He was professional, curtious, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Shambaugh Towing LLC.

We have them service our fleet. The work is done in a very timely manner and is faithfully complete. They also Tow and Recover our larger trucks with no addition damages and again in a very timely manner. great to work with.

Within 4 days I had to get my car towed twice. Both times the staff was amazing and extremely efficient. I have dealt with other tow companies before and Shambaugh is by far the best.

In the very late evening hours we called AAA and AAA called Shambaugh Towing. We could not have asked for a better towing company to work with. The truck showed up quickly and the attendant was a great guy! When he found out that we had lost a tire right off of our truck he even took a second to make sure we were all OK. I would suggest these folks to anyone in need!

Dave responded quickly, was professional, and even helped me with directions to where I was going. About as good of an experience as one can have getting stuck in a snow bank.

My Mom and Grandma were on a last minute unplanned trip to a family funeral out of town. They were about an hour or so from home when the battery and alternator went in my moms car. They called AAA, who then dispatched Shambaugh towing. To my understanding the young driver was very polite and took great care of the vehicle, my mom and my grandma. He loaded not only the vehicle but my grandma in the truck too! She isn't a spring chicken anymore and getting in the truck we knew wouldn't be easy. He got them back to safety at the garage where they got my moms vehicle back in order. Overall , my mom and grandma were very pleased with the services provided. I just wanted to thank you myself for taking such good care of two very important people to me.

Dave is an awesome guy. He helped me out of a big dilemma I had. I needed my Tiny House RV towed 50 miles from Pleasantville to Erie. My truck was not up to the challenge and I could not find one towing company in Erie to do it for me and there are many towing places in Erie. Dave did not hesitate and he is very courteous and professional. I made the details with his wife on the phone and the Tiny House was delivered back home to Erie flawlessly. They have a costumer for life now. I recommend Shambaugh Towing for all of your towing needs.
